Crab Cake : A bistro oven baked jumbo lump crab cake with jicama slaw and red pepper rouille sauce.
Zucchini : Egg-dipped, lightly floured and fried zucchini strips served with marinara sauce.
Crunchy Caprese : Fried fresh mozarella,
sliced tomato and micro basil with balsamic vinaigrette.
Entrees
Crab Cakes : Two baked jumbo lump crab cakes served with sautéed julienne vegetables and remoulade sauce.
Grilled Salmon : Grilled salmon filet and artichokes on a bed of sautéed spinach drizzled with lemon and infused olive oil and served with fingerling potatoes.
BBQ Ribs : Grilled baby back ribs, Bb mac and cheese, vinaigrette slaw and homemade BBQ sauce.
Zucchini Frittata : Classic egg frittata with mozzarella cheese and seasonal vegetables, topped with dressed greens and fresh lemon.
Roasted Chicken : Mushroom crusted chicken breast served with grilled asparagus with a chicken au jus.
Grilled Tilapia : Flaky tilapia with jumbo lump crab and a lemon brown butter sauce with grilled asparagus and asiago risotto.
Mediterranean Pasta : Penne pasta finished with lemon juice and tossed with sautéed spinach, tomatoes, feta cheese and pine nuts in a splash of imported Greek olive oil and white wine.
Ravioli : Cheese ravioli served with a tomato basil cream sauce.
Marinara : Imported San Marzano tomatoes and fresh basil lightly seasoned with garlic and onions served over penne pasta.
Entrees served with bread and a Baby bistro Salad or Soup.
Add chicken, shrimp or salmon to any pasta.
